“Jesus is Coming©”, 2024
This two-part project bridges animation and fashion to reimagine the return of Christ through contemporary visual storytelling. Behold, A White Horse is a digital animation depicting Jesus riding a white horse with a robe dipped in blood. The piece simplifies religious iconography into bold, symbolic forms, using color and motion to create a modern spiritual narrative.
That same imagery became the foundation for Jesus is Coming©, a limited edition merch drop featuring two heavyweight, garment-dyed tees. The animation was transformed into a still graphic on the back of the shirts, blending sacred symbolism with minimal artistic design. The graphic acts as if it is “wearable art”, allowing my audience to have a wearable garment of my artworks. The collection resonated deeply—selling out completely—and proved how animation and apparel can work together to carry a powerful, faith-driven message into culture.

Digital Animation
This animation reimagines Jesus riding a horse, inspired by the Book of Revelation, through animation and symbolic color choices. Beginning as a sketch, the idea evolved when I recognized how motion could enhance my cartoon aesthetic. Studying horse references, I recreated each pose frame by frame, refining the linework for fluidity.
Wanting to amplify its impact, I drew from biblical references, rendering Jesus entirely in red—symbolizing his robe stained in blood—against a pure white horse. The piece embraces religious iconography, simplifying figures into universal symbols, much like classical Christian and Hindu art. This project deepened my understanding of visual storytelling, showing how color, motion, and symbolismcan transform a traditional subject into a contemporary animated narrative.
